Access Reports for Cost Tracking

Our Work Order Time & Cost report gives you insight on total cost spent on work orders, labor, parts, and includes a breakdown of your work order costs by different fields such as asset, category, and more.

Steps to access reports in Coast:

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, click into the Work Order workspace.
  2. Click on the top middle Mobile_Top_Middle_95x38.png.
  3. A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
  4. Select Work Order Time & Cost.
  5. You can adjust the dates using the filters at the top.

    Tip: Any of these reports can be exported into .csv, .xlsx, or .json files. Learn how to export reports here.
  1. On the left hand side, click into the Work Order workspace.
  2. Click on the top middle Top_Middle_134x40.png
  3. Select Work Order Time & Cost.
  4. You can adjust the dates using the filters at the top.
