Note: The ability to set a default assignee is only available on desktop.
Steps to set a default assignee:
Desktop
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the New button on the top right corner.
- Tap the 3 dot icon and select Customize Fields.
- Click on the Assignee field, then click Select (optional) under ‘Default Value for New Fields’.
- Select the User(s) you want to automatically assign upcoming new work orders.
- Click Save.
